The event will take place in Munich from September 12th to the 16th. The company will be showcasing its main product, the Talog, which is a tamper evident cap made of aluminium and a plastic tamper evident band that snaps in half on the first time the top is opened. This cap is used by water manufacturers. Another form of closure called the Alu-Star, this one is made out of aluminium and features a tamper evident ring that splits into multiple pieces upon the initial opening while still being attached to the cap.
Arturo Martorelli, the commercial director of the Guala Closures Group, expressed his excitement over the company’s debut appearance at Drinktec. “We are happy to be participating in Drinktec for the first time as a Group,” he stated. “The market for water and other non-alcoholic beverages is expanding, and it is becoming an increasingly important part of our business. In order to consolidate the already formidable range of closures that we acquired from our predecessor, Closurelogic, and to use our strong reputation as inventors to further grow and expand our market in this segment, we are building on the wonderful legacy that that company has left behind. Drinktec is a crucial chance for us to exhibit our knowledge to end user markets, and we look forward to doing so.
