Navratri begins September 26. This nine-day celebration is passionately celebrated.  People cook different delicacies every day to break the fast.

Sabudana Khichdi

Sabudana Khichdi- This starch-rich dish gives you energy during fasting. Sago, peanuts, and mild spices make a light dish.

If you enjoy dosa, eat it for Navratri. Serve with mint-coconut chutney.
