Aircel introduces new plans with Bundled Data, Unlimited Calls

The competition within the telecom industry is getting intense with each passing day. And now, Aircel, countering Reliance Jio, has rolled out new tariff plans in Kolkata. The new plans, beginning at Rs 93, consist of offers on 3G data, national & local national SMS, and STD & local voice calls for existing and new prepaid subscribers of Aircel in the Kolkata circle.

The new subscribers of Aircel are been offered per month data usage of 250 MB, 50 national & local SMS, and STD & local voice call at 20 paise/min at a recharge of Rs 93 for 365 Days. Apart from this, Rs 70 talk time is also included. If the new subscribers are seeking for uncapped STD and local calls, the company has introduced Rs 175 recharge for 30 Days and Rs 349 recharge for 84 Days. Both the plans have 1 GB 2G/3G data access each day along with 100 national & local SMS for 30 Days apart from unlimited voice calls.

The existing users can go for Rs 94 recharge to obtain all STD and local calls at 20 paise/minute together with 1,400 national and local SMS for 365 Days. Likewise, the existing prepaid users also have an option to recharge worth Rs 148 to obtain 2 GB 2G/3G data along with 100 national & local SMS and 250 minutes/day voice with an utmost cap of 1,000 Min for 28 Days. The company is also providing an 84-Day plan at a recharge of Rs 348 that offers voice calls for 300 min/day, with an utmost cap of 1,200 minutes/week, together 1 GB of 2G/3G data/day.

Unlike the latest plan of Aircel, even Reliance Jio is providing daily data allocation of 1 GB along with the STD and local calls with 70-Day validity at the recharge of Rs 399. Reliance Jio has 4G support to offer quicker networks over 2G/3G variants that Aircel supports in the area.

Aircel, recently, also has introduced a recharge of Rs 104 that offers 20 paise/minute voice calls for a year for its users in India.
